About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Health & Wellbeing Lead to champion health, safety, and wellbeing across our organisation. This pivotal role focuses on workers compensation, injury and illness management, return‐to‐work programs, and delivering proactive wellbeing initiatives that empower our leaders and employees.

You will be predominantly based at our offices in Notting Hill and Mt Waverley and responsible for driving a positive health, safety, and wellbeing culture across all TTI ANZ business areas.

Reporting to the HSW Manager for ANZ your day‐to‐day will include:
* Lead injury management and workers' compensation processes for AU/NZ.
* Design and deliver organisational health and wellbeing programs.
* Act as primary liaison for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers and Workers Compensation insurers.
* Provide expert advice on all HSW and WorkCover compliance, legislation, and best practice.
* Partner with People & Culture to embed wellbeing initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Provide mentoring and leadership to direct report and coach/support managers and employees on HSW matters.
* Develop and continuously improve frameworks for work and non‐work injury/illness management.
* Continually look to embed and improve all P&C department and overall business culture and change initiatives.
About YOU

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in leading and delivering health and wellbeing advice with a primary focus on injury and return‐to‐work management. You enjoy working in a fast‐paced environment and are passionate about driving health and wellbeing!

* Previous experience in the occupational health or allied health industry is highly beneficial.
* Proven ability to manage Workers Compensation claims (ANZ).
* Robust understanding of Workers Compensation legislation ANZ is essential.
* Strong experience in health and wellbeing program design and delivery is highly preferred.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes and strategy.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
