With its base at the Joondalup Campus, the CLT delivers a comprehensive suite of services and programmes.The Teaching Quality team in the Centre for Learning and Teaching supports the development of excellence in curriculum and assessment at ECU by working collaboratively with staff in Schools and professional service centres.The Centre is seeking Senior Learning Designers who will contribute to a strong team environment in CLT and provide leadership and expert advice to individuals, course teaching teams, and Schools to implement curriculum transformation at scale.The RoleThe Centre is seeking a Senior Learning Designer who is passionate about supporting academic and professional staff to enhance the student learning experience and ensure student success. The successful candidate/s will demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in applying effective curriculum and learning design principles and strategies for consistent quality in a higher education setting.Successful candidates will need to demonstrate considerable project management skills, judgement, initiative, discretion and independence while interacting with professional and academic staff.
