This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.About The RoleThis is a unique opportunity to contribute to an organisation undergoing growth and transformation. As the Workforce Planning Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in aligning future workforce capabilities with business needs. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to provide insights, tools, and strategies that support long-term planning and organisational readiness.This role sits within the People, Health & Safety division, where your expertise will support the implementation of a new workforce planning framework.
