The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at JV Recruitment, you will:
* Manage and grow a permanent recruitment desk within the construction sector
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Run end-to-end recruitment processes
* Develop your own market niche and client base
* Have the opportunity to build and lead your own team in the future
* Contribute to a supportive, high-performing culture
This is a role for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and long-term career progression.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a minimum of 3 years’ experiencein recruitment within construction (or an adjacent) industry
* Is confident managing the permanent end-end recruitment processes
* Is commercially minded and motivated by results
* Enjoys business development and relationship building
* Wants to grow their own desk and team
* Is professional, organised, and driven

Remuneration
