Growth Manager - Australia (Adaptable Location)
Source is part of HPX Group, delivering in-house style professional services across legal, HR, governance, risk, compliance, IP and commercial functions. We partner with clients to provide tailored, on-demand support and connect clients with Source services through a growth-focused team.
The Role
As Growth Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine, working with the Head of Growth and the wider team to manage and grow the client pipeline, lead generation for the Governance, Risk & Compliance service line, and drive revenue targets.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects, identify right-fit clients, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities.
- Own lead generation for the Governance, Risk & Compliance service line, collaborating with the Managing Director to meet revenue targets.
- Balance inbound and outbound activity, from warm inquiries to targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute go-to-market campaigns.
- Maintain disciplined CRM, provide accurate pipeline reporting, and forecast data-driven insights.
- Represent Source at external events and networking opportunities to build meaningful relationships.
- Identify opportunities to connect Group clients with Source services and ensure a seamless client journey.
