We are innovative and forward thinking in our approach to the delivery of community services.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Residential Service Manager to lead our wonderful facility located in the wonderful town of Yackandandah which is located 30 minutes drive from Albury. This role involves effective operational management and leadership, ensuring high-quality care and services for our residents in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.Reporting to the Community General Manager & Chief Operating Officer, your responsibilities will include care governance, financial management, human resource management, sales and marketing, environmental services, and general administration.
