About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in providing first-class customer service to international travellers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
* Building customer rapport and repeat business
* Daily branch duties
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate with customers
* A flair for sales and the ability to promote our services
* The ability to work under pressure
* Self-motivation and an energetic attitude
* Adherence to procedures

Working Conditions
This role involves working 38 hours per week over 5 out of 7 days between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. The ideal locations for this role are Chermside, Carindale, and Mount Gravatt.
