**The Role**:
**About You**:
To be successful in these positions, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:
- Knowledge of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and the functions associated with Land Division.
- Knowledge of the Community Titles Act 1996 and the functions associated with Land Division.
- Proven experience in supervising a team.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate to a wide audience.
- Extensive experience in identifying customer needs, developing strategies and providing quality customer service.
- Experience in coordinating investigations and preparing reports on matters of some complexity and sensitivity.

**Special Conditions**
Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years.
**Remuneration**:
ASO6 - $98,478 - $104,165
