The Role
This role for a Workshop Supervisor is to be based onsite at our South 32 location in the Southwest. This role will be reporting to the Project Manager and will work closely with site personnel onsite ensuring prompt project delivery and quality works. Local candidates are encouraged to apply as no accommodation will be provided on site.
* 5:2 Roster - Monday - Friday
* Based at South 32 - Worsley
* Immediate Start
In addition to working with a great team, the successful applicant will receive ongoing project exposure, allowing you to further develop your technical and leadership skills. There will be an opportunity for a strong performer to progress their career and move into senior roles or onto various pipeline projects.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
* Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Training
* Previous experience in a similar role is a must (5 years +)
* Previous experience in a heavy industrial environment
* Strong Mechanical experience, Hydraulic/Pneumatic experience is desirable
* Strong understanding of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi machinery
* Strong communication & people skills
* Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
* Able to work within a fast-paced environment
* Previous project coordination/supervision experience
