About the Role
This role is responsible for providing professional front-of-house service and general administrative support to the office. The successful candidate will be positioned at the front desk, welcoming clients and visitors, answering incoming calls, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks as required by management.
* Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Managing the reception phone line and directing enquiries appropriately
* Assisting the office with general administration tasks
* Handling post drop-offs, mail-outs, and incoming/outgoing correspondence
* Maintaining office supplies, including refilling the photocopier and other equipment
* Providing ad-hoc support to management and the team when required
This position requires a proactive, well-presented team member with strong communication skills and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
About You
You'll be a great fit if you have:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Previous experience in the Strata or Property industry (preferred but not essential)

Salary will be determined based on your experience. The successful candidate will start in January 2026.
