Job Role: Community Homecare Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Homecare Worker. In this role, you will provide person-centred care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living and lifestyle requirements.
* Domestic Assistance: Providing light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation services for clients.
* Social Support/Transportation: Accompanying clients to social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments while also offering emotional support.
* Aid Support: Assisting clients with the use of aids such as standing or walking frames and wheelchairs to maintain their independence.
* Monitoring Progress: Regularly monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress to ensure they receive the best possible care.
You will work closely with the Care Coordinator to ensure seamless service delivery and operate within standard working hours of 6am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
