Payroll Supervisor - Didcot - Up to £37,000 (12-Month FTC)
Location: Didcot, OX11 - Hybrid working available (2 days from home after probation)

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of around 40 monthly payroll clients, supervising team members, and acting as the key point of contact for payroll matters. It's hands-on, people-focused, and ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and delivering a high standard of service.
The role includes:
* Running full end-to-end payroll cycles, including RTI and statutory documentation
* Reviewing the work of junior team members
* Uploading pension contributions and managing auto enrolment
* Handling payment processes for salaries, HMRC and other third parties
* Responding to technical queries and building strong client relationships
You'll need:
* At least 4 years' payroll experience (ideally in an outsourced or bureau setting)
* Strong technical knowledge and organisational skills
* A proactive, supportive approach to teamwork
* BrightPay experience is helpful but not essential
* The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
