JOB DESCRIPTION: -We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Appian expertise to support digital transformation initiatives for a leading banking client. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable Appian workflows and process improvements.
Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyses, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Map current vs. target-state processes and define Appian‑aligned solutions.Collaborate with Appian developers to ensure clarity of requirements and solution feasibility.Facilitate workshops, user story creation, process mapping, and gap analysis.Support SIT/UAT activities, including test planning and defect triage.Ensure solutions align with banking standards, compliance, and risk frameworks.Skills & ExperienceStrong exposure to Appian (process modelling, workflows, UI concepts).Ability to translate business problems into structured digital process solutions.Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline5+ years’ experience as Business Analyst within Finance / Banking industries.
