Clinical Site Administrative Officer Job Summary
The Clinical Site Administrative Officer is a critical role in supporting the delivery of medical education at Monash Rural Health Bendigo. This position provides administrative support to academic staff and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth placement planning and efficient service delivery.
The Clinical Site Administrative Officer will manage the operational administration of year-specific programs within the MD curriculum. Key responsibilities include coordinating processes, responding to inquiries, supporting committees, managing data systems, and delivering high-quality project administration and reporting.
This role contributes to an environment that supports both staff and students in achieving excellence in medical education. We are seeking someone with a combination of relevant tertiary qualifications or substantial professional experience. Your proven skills in administration, organisation and time management will be essential, along with your ability to implement effective systems and processes.
