The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, the Director of Revenue Growth Management & Pricing will sit at the intersection of pricing strategy, data analytics, commercial finance, and cross-functional influence. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping how the business optimises revenue across its products, channels, and promotional mechanics.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Developing and executing long-term pricing strategy that balances net revenue realisation with customer and portfolio mix
* Building advanced commercial models and translating data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations
* Embedding ROI culture and scenario modelling tools across commercial teams
* Leading promotional strategy and evaluating effectiveness of pricing and promotional mechanics
* Driving cross-functional business partnering with Marketing, Finance, and Operations stakeholders
About You
* Strong grounding in Revenue Growth Management gained within FMCG, Consumer Products, Hospitality or large-scale retail environments
* Proven track record developing and executing pricing strategy at a senior level
* Advanced modelling and analytics capability — comfortable translating complex data into commercial decisions
* Experience embedding ROI frameworks and scenario modelling across commercial functions
* Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the seniority and gravitas to operate at a Director level
