**The Role**
We are seeking a driven IT Service Centre Analyst to join our customer focused team at Southbank.
- Work with cutting edge technology and deliver best practice service management.
- Work on a rotating roster between 8am - 7pm
**Who you are**
- A vibrant and fun personality is a must
- You will have the ability to effectively translate technical information and procedures to end users and assume responsibilities and remain productive within a time-sensitive and fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to deliver outstanding customer service outcomes and continuous service improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships within a service delivery environment.
- Problem solving & analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Preferably with an I.T. related qualification.
- Excellent Windows based computer skills and experience using a modern Service Management tool such as ServiceNow.
