If you're a Senior CA looking for a project that will stretch your commercial skills while giving you genuine ownership, read on.
You'll join a major commercial construction project in Melbourne's North-West, working alongside an experienced leadership team delivering stage one of a significant two-stage development. With stage one valued at approximately $150m and future stages already planned, you'll have the opportunity to become a key part of a project that will run for years rather than months.
This is a role where your contribution will be seen. You'll take ownership of subcontract procurement, contract administration, cost control, variations, forecasting and financial reporting while working closely with the Project Manager and delivery team to drive strong commercial outcomes across the project.
The business itself is a well-established national builder with a strong track record delivering complex commercial projects across Australia. You'll have the backing of experienced leadership, established systems and a strong pipeline of work ahead.
Responsibilities
* Manage subcontract procurement
* Administer contracts
* Control costs and manage variations
* Forecast and report on financial performance
* Collaborate with the Project Manager and delivery team to achieve commercial objectives
Qualifications
* Experienced Contract Administrator with a track record on commercial construction projects of comparable value
Compensation
Salary package up to $240k, depending on experience.
