About the role
Bfresh' is seeking an experienced Cafe All-Rounder / Barista to join our dynamic team in Warana, QLD. This is a casual role, offering flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle. As an Experienced Cafe All-Rounder / Barista, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and a high-quality cafe experience to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
* Preparing and serving a variety of delicious food items, such as sandwiches, salads, and baked goods
* Preparing Smoothies and fresh juices.
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer has a positive and memorable experience
* Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
* Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
What we're looking for
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Barista or Cafe All-Rounder in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Strong barista skills, with the ability to prepare a variety of coffee and specialty drinks to a high standard
* Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
* Current food handling certification must be held before commencing employment
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Smoothie and juice preparation experience is preferred, however training will be provided to successful candidates
* Flexible weekly availability is required, with hours typically ranging between 26-35 hours per week, and early starts may be required from 5am.
* Valid work visa or Australian work rights required
