What You'll Be Doing
Own and grow a multi-million-dollar portfolio of clients in aged care, healthcare, and construction
Close complex, high-value deals involving Nurse Call, Access Control, and Smart Communications
Identify new verticals and opportunities — think hospital groups, developers, facility management firms
Collaborate with our leadership team to refine value propositions and drive marketing impact
Travel to meet clients and convert opportunities across metro and regional areas
Lead the sales process from lead to close
Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor
Be ambitious, strategic, and motivated by success (and commissions)
Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and stay proactive on targets

CRM-savvy, pipeline-focused, and proactive in managing targets
