Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Field Technician. This role involves the installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services.
The successful candidate will work in multiple environments both internal and external but predominantly inside the customer's premises.
* Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
* Installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Extensive knowledge of cabling installation, including copper and fibre
* Ability to diagnose and repair faults in nbn cabling networks and CPE
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers
