About You
You are either:
* Fully qualified air conditioning and refrigeration technician with:
o Full ARCtick certification
o WA restricted electrical license
* OR
* An electrician with:
o Restricted ARCtick license
You bring:
* Proven experience in air conditioning installation
* Strong leadership skills and a desire to move into management
* A commitment to excellence and safety
Role Responsibilities
* Supervise A/C installations in:
o Single and double-storey homes (existing and under construction)
o Light commercial buildings (new builds, upgrades, refurbishments)
* Liaise with clients, builders and site representatives
* Ensure installations meet mechanical standards
* Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
* Lead employed and subcontracted teams
* Maintain and promote OSH compliance on-site
Skills & Knowledge
* Familiarity with ducted systems, wall splits, and cassette units
* Strong understanding of OSH
