The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Supply & Demand Planner plays a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent and optimal supply of goods to the Viva Energy Retail store network. This position balances supply and demand, accounting for seasonal and promotional activity, new product launches, and supply interruptions - ensuring our stores are always stocked and ready to serve customers.
Responsibilities:
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you'll oversee the end-to-end planning and replenishment process for our retail network. You'll partner closely with our Merchandise, Operations, and supplier teams to develop accurate forecasts, coordinate orders, and identify opportunities to enhance product availability and reduce costs. With a strong analytical mindset, you'll continuously review performance data, measure forecast accuracy, and refine planning processes to deliver operational excellence and support business initiatives.

About You:
* Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or replenishment within retail or FMCG.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into process improvements.
* Skilled in inventory management, supplier coordination, and data-driven decision-making.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with intermediate knowledge of Access, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
