As a key member of our IT team, you will play a pivotal role in handling critical incidents and resolving complex technical problems across modern infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary escalation point for all high-priority incidents
* Resolve level 3 technical issues and communicate with clients and service teams
* Provide support and conduct onsite visits to clients (scheduled and reactive)
* Support applications, networks, phones, security, and infrastructure for clients
Requirements
* 5+ years of technical experience, preferably with an MSP or similar organization
* Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
* Team player with strong listening, feedback processing, and knowledge sharing abilities
Technical Expertise
* Cloud and applications (SharePoint, Windows, Azure)
* Modern Microsoft stack (Microsoft 365, Windows Server)
* Security (MDM, Sophos, Defender, Tenable)
