Job Summary
Director, Customer & Commercial Leadership (CCL) - aRTD (ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit) reports to the Vice President & General Manager of the aRTD - ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit. This individual contributor role provides commercial leadership for the aRTD (alcohol ready-to-drink) category across the ASEAN & South Pacific region, focusing on Australia.
Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the aRTD Customer & Commercial Leadership (CCL) strategy, including Revenue Growth Management, Route to Market, Channel Planning, and Customer Development in collaboration with bottling partners.
* Partner with Global to drive strategic projects that promote category growth.
* Lead the creation of integrated commercial strategies, OBPPC, shopper and channel plans, and execution metrics designed in a customer‐ and consumer‐centric way.
* Optimize system execution across channels in close collaboration with Franchise, Frontline Marketing Teams, Franchise Bottlers, and other Distribution Partners.
* Benchmark industry partners to capture category, shopper and channel insights, margin structures, and translate insights into a category vision that captures right‐to‐win opportunities.
* Drive commercial performance aligned with the operating unit's Premium portfolio objectives, leveraging the global commercial network.
* Define commercial execution and performance metrics and key initiatives to accelerate category growth in collaboration with franchise teams, system and external partners.
* Lead strategic projects with global and bottling partners to shape the next chapter of aRTD growth and establish a competitive advantage for TCCS.
* Import and export ideas and best practices between operating units, partner organizations and the broader Coca‐Cola system.
Qualifications
* 8‐10 years of leadership experience in commercial planning and execution, with strong skills in segmentation, route‐to‐market, value‐to‐market, revenue growth management, innovation and digital solutions.
* Highly advantageous experience within the alcohol industry.
* Understanding of sales force standard operating routines, processes and metrics.
* Solid analytical, conceptual and commercial category management skills.
* Strong partnerships and negotiation skills, driving win‐win agreements.
* Data interpretation skills to explain complex data meaningfully to customers, bottlers and stakeholders.
* Solid business fundamentals and development drivers across multiple markets and business dimensions, advanced commercial finance skills.
* Endorse strong communication, collaboration, project management, business development and negotiation skills, having driven complex cross‐functional, cross‐system projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Location & Travel
Location: Sydney, Australia (North Sydney). Travel required: 0 % – 25 %.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual incentive reference value: 30 %. Relocation is provided.
