Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough assessments of the property portfolio to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive property optimisation plan that ensures alignment with our business objectives and reputational interests.
3. Establish effective frameworks and processes to facilitate stakeholder consultation, budget management, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
* Possess relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in property management, business, or a related field.
* Demonstrate significant expertise in strategic portfolio management, property optimisation, and/or property management, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
* Showcase experience working with local councils, NSW planning authorities, and approval/planning gateways.
* Display proficiency in project managing all aspects of property disposal transaction activities, including land rezoning proposals, subdividing, community, and stakeholder consultation.
* Demonstrate ability to identify and manage avoidable property risks, including reputational risk triggers, resolve issues, monitor, and report progress.
