You will lead a dedicated team of Mower Operators to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of green spaces across multiple commercial and council-controlled open space sites.This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety, capable of working alongside their team to maintain and enhance green spaces.Actively participate in mowing and groundskeeping tasks alongside your team.Supervise and coordinate a team of Mower Operators, ensuring efficient and effective operations.Inspect sites regularly to ensure high standards of lawn maintenance and address any issues promptly.Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Ensure all mowing equipment is well-maintained and operational, arranging for repairs as needed.
