WFH 1 day per week, and ad hoc as required

The Role
Join a leading property development group with an extensive pipeline of projects. As the Sales Manager, you will take charge of sales operations across high volume residential projects in South Australia. This role combines strategy with hands-on leadership, driving results across multiple land releases while managing and developing a capable sales team.
You'll establish a structured, proactive sales operation, oversee sales channels and agents, and ensure seamless processes from release through to settlement. Alongside this, you'll provide commercial insights to senior leadership and build frameworks that support performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales strategies and operations across residential land and some commercial projects
Manage land sales end-to-end, from release through to settlement
Oversee sales agents and ensure performance targets and service standards are met
Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and market insights to leadership
Develop processes and frameworks to drive sales excellence
Ensure compliance and manage risk across all transactions
Mentor and lead a small team, fostering collaboration and accountability
About You
Strong track record in property sales, ideally residential land with high volume is required
Commercial or Industrial experience is also a bonus
Demonstrated people leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and contract management experience
Skilled in frameworks, processes, and data-driven decision making
Confident stakeholder manager, able to work with consultants and senior leadership
Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred)
