Do you live and breathe coffee, tea, and beverages — and enjoy sharing your craft with others? We're looking for a hands-on beverage professional who understands drinks from the ground up. Someone who can craft great coffee, develop drink recipes, and use their beverage expertise to help win new business across cafés, QSR brands, and beverage partners across Australia.
This role combines drink creation, hands-on demonstrations, and commercial sales. Your ability to craft outstanding beverages and turn that expertise into customer relationships will be key.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop drinks across coffee, tea, smoothies, and functional beverages
* Turn concepts into practical drink recipes
* Support partners with beverage concept development
* Test and refine recipes for taste, margin, and café execution
* Design seasonal menus and LTO drink programs
* Run tastings, training sessions, and beverage demonstrations
* Work with café teams to launch drinks in real service environments
* Identify new business opportunities across cafés, QSR, and beverage manufacturers
* Build relationships with café owners, operators, and product teams
* Use demos, tastings, and menu development to convert opportunities into customers
* Manage and grow your sales pipeline
* Support customers with menu innovation that drives repeat business
Candidate Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in specialty coffee, tea, beverage development, or hospitality
* Hands-on skills as a barista, tea specialist, or beverage creator
* Comfortable running tastings, demos, and training sessions
* Strong interest in beverage trends and innovation
* Commercially aware and confident building industry relationships
* Sydney-based with full working rights
