The Team
In Retail, our Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, and the Retail Delivery Team was formed to transform the Retail network with the aim of creating excellent customer engagement, an efficient and digitised experience, and drive performance. Retail Delivery will ensure consistency, transparency, agility, governance and measurement across all Retail initiatives, and coordinate the cumulation of change from various transformational change programs and operations to ensure business readiness.
**The four key areas of focus are**:
Digitise sales and service to meet customer expectation
Align and enhance workforce and distribution network
Continue to grow deposits and lending
Ensure sustainability of Community Bank and continued social purpose.
This is an exciting time as we have the opportunity to build out our team and utilise our proven capabilities to work towards our recently released 3 year Group, Divisional and Retail strategies.
Your role
The Project Lead is responsible for planning, organising, and motivating others to achieve a high level of performance and quality, by delivering initiatives that provide exceptional business value to users. Due to the varied support this team provides, this is a hybrid role that includes both Project Management capabilities as well as a Business Analysis skillset
The Project Lead will engage with leaders in the Retail team and divisions across the bank to shape initiatives in ways that solve problems, improve customer or staff experience and deliver improved business outcomes.
This is a Permanent Full time position, based in any location with the ability to work remotely.
Your knowledge & experience
Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating, and team building
Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills, demonstrated by making quality decisions by knowing when enough information is available or when additional information is required
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analysis or a Project Management role (or equivalent)
Experience in relationship management activities (either internally to an organisation or as an external)
Experience interacting with Senior Management
Banking, finance, accounting or information technology industry experience
Proven ability to document business requirements, business process, project planning documents and business implementation plans
Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Advanced PC skills (Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
