Lead Workforce Change in Your RegionRDA DDSW is seeking a proactive and well-connected Project Manager to lead the Toowoomba Regional Jobs Committee (TRJC).Funded through the Queensland Government's Regional Jobs Committee (RJC) Program, this role drives place-based workforce solutions that strengthen employment outcomes across Toowoomba and the broader Darling Downs region (including Southern Downs, Western Downs and Goondiwindi).This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll turn ideas into action and build real momentum across industry, education and government.What You'll DoLead delivery of the TRJC project and Regional Action PlanPlan and deliver workforce events that generate employment outcomesIdentify workforce trends, skills gaps and local employment challengesBuild strong partnerships across business, training, education and governmentFacilitate effective committee meetings, forums and industry roundtablesConnect local stakeholders to Queensland Government workforce programs and fundingManage reporting, compliance and project milestonesAbout YouYou're a relationship-builder who gets things done.
