The Role
You'll lead a skilled team of technicians in delivering high-quality service and maintenance outcomes. From machine rebuilds and midlife overhauls to project work and apprentice development, your impact will be felt across operations.
Your Responsibilities
* Champion a safe and compliant working environment
* Plan, supervise, and deliver workshop and field service projects
* Manage people, schedules, and parts to ensure smooth operations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
* Oversee apprentice training and help shape the next generation of technicians
* Drive quality in component rebuilds, especially rock drills and precision assemblies
What You Bring
* Trade-qualified with strong supervisory experience in a heavy industry or OEM setting
* Strong planning and resource management capabilities
* Confident in leading teams, solving problems, and adapting under pressure
* Comfortable using digital tools and preparing technical documentation
* Committed to service excellence and continuous improvement
