The Role
Join one of Australia's largest recruitment teams who have a variety of roles available across our client sites in Newcastle & the Hunter.
We are seeking: General Hands, Truck Offsiders & Forklift Drivers.
The opportunities available range from AM to PM shifts Monday through to Sunday and are casual or ongoing roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Working in a busy warehousing and transport environments with high levels of activity
* Willingness to undertake manual handling and other general duties as required
* Loading, unloading, sorting, and relocating various types of freight
* Using handheld scanners and operating computers or general administrative duties
* Unload trucks and or containers as required
Skills & Experience
* Hold a current forklift licence (LF) if applying for forklift work
* Previous experience in the Transport Industry will be highly regarded
* Previous load restraint experience including strapping palletised goods highly regarded
* Ability to safely complete any manual handling duties
