Rojone Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Professional & Military Communications components & services, we have an immediate opportunity for a Personal Assistant, 37.5 hours per week, full time, permanent, Monday to Friday, at our Ingleburn, south west Sydney facility.
You will be the gatekeepers and facilitators, sorting through requests and making things happen in a busy professional environment.
Applicant should be highly proficient with office technology to get things done efficiently. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential, while social media expertise would also be a bonus. You must be able to touch type, at least 50-60 words per minute accurately.
You would be working with a female, who is a high achiever, direct and experience in her field, the right, confident person will work well with her.
The work will be around alot of numbers, you need to be numerically accurate, comfortable with accounting processes AR/AP. You will be assisting with getting quotes to cost projects, events or acquisition. You will be communicating with local and international vendors, customer and problem solving issues in relation to stock, logistics and supply chain vendor issues as directed.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
