About this Role
As National Manager, Marketing and Communications, you'll drive Wellways' marketing and communication strategy, enhancing our brand as a leader in mental health, disability, and carer services.
You'll collaborate with regional leaders across Australia to ensure cohesive branding while adapting to local community needs. In partnership with the regional leadership/ management teams, business support & under the leadership of the Director Business Development, you will convert all elements of the strategic plan and related priorities into a marketing plan and initiatives to build brand profile and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement national marketing strategies to elevate Wellways' s brand and reputation
* Lead multi-faceted campaigns to promote programs and services across various regions
* Partner with internal teams to ensure effective internal and external communications that promote Wellways strategic goals
* Deliver an effective and efficient fundraising program to support Wellways advocacy work
You will need:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business, marketing, communications health promotion or related discipline
* Demonstrated skills in developing, leading and growing a multi-pronged community/Not-for-profit business in a commercial environment
* Current valid Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake regular travel
* Right to Work within Australia, Police check, NDIS Worker Screening check and Working with Children check
* Completion of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Module 'Quality, Safety and You'
* Available to participate in out of hours activities as required to undertake the role
