Working as part of the organisational development team | Local GovernmentTo start ASAP | Initially contracted for 2 monthsFull-time role | Hybrid work options – 3 days in the office & 2 days from homeAbout the RoleOur client, a Local Government in the southeast is seeking a Learning & Development Project Officer for a 2-month contract to help bring a critical compliance learning framework to life.This is a full-time opportunity (Monday–Friday), offering hybrid work flexibility (3 days in-office, 2 days from home), on-site parking, and a collaborative team environment.You’ll be instrumental in finalising and implementing a compliance learning framework that supports the council’s commitment to governance, ethical conduct, and a positive compliance culture.
