We are seeking a Construction Manager to be responsible for managing construction and rehabilitation of Multimodal Transit and Rail Facilities infrastructure projects in and around Philadelphia and Northeastern Pennsylvania.JMT is involved with an increasing number of large capital construction programs in the Northeastern Pennsylvania region. This opportunity is to support a major capital program with locations throughout Philadelphia and Northeastern Pennsylvania. The selected candidate will be required to operate in a dynamic environment as a direct extension of our client's staff and leverage their prior experiences delivering construction projects within time-sensitive schedules. Field work requires climbing, walking and standing at a construction site and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required.
