What does the job look like?

We are seeking a detail‐focused Administration Assistant to support our operations team in Wodonga, VIC. This role plays a key part in payroll support and operational reporting, with a strong focus on Kronos, Excel, and high‐volume data entry in a fast‐paced logistics environment. This role will be casual 3 days a week (Mon, Wed and Fri) on the day shift (7:30 – 3:30pm) Key areas:

* Process payroll support activities, including time and attendance using Kronos (UKG)
* Maintain accurate data entry and validation across payroll, labour, and operational records
* Prepare and update Excel‐based reports, trackers, and reconciliations to support site performance
* Manage administrative documentation, filing, and record control in line with compliance requirements
* Support site leadership with general administration, reporting deadlines, and ad‐hoc requests
* Liaise with payroll and operational teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
Are you the one?

You are an organised and reliable administrator who enjoys working with systems, numbers, and data accuracy. You take pride in supporting operations through strong payroll knowledge and disciplined administrative processes. You can demonstrate:

* Previous payroll experience using Kronos (UKG) in an operational or industrial environment
* Strong hands‐on capability with Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and report maintenance
* Proven experience in high‐volume, accurate data entry and record management
* Exposure to payroll cut‐offs, timesheets, and labour reporting requirements
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a time‐critical environment
* Experience supporting operations, transport, or logistics teams (advantageous)
