Join a leading organisation in the financial services sector as a Contact Centre Officer supporting customer and member enquiries. This is a full-time opportunity working rotating shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
You will begin with a structured onsite training period (minimum 4 weeks), followed by a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days onsite per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound enquiries and provide accurate information
* Manage outbound customer contact and support campaigns
* Handle correspondence and resolve customer issues effectively
* Maintain accurate records and update member details
* Meet KPIs, SLAs and service standards
* Provide administrative and operational support
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Proven experience in a contact centre environment
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Confident handling customer enquiries and escalations
* Ability to work both independently and in a team
Working Conditions
* Full time rotating roster (8 hour shifts between 8am to 6pm)
* Hybrid model after training (minimum 2 days onsite weekly)
