We'relooking for a passionate leader to join our team in Gladstone as aFoster & Kinship Care Coordinator. In this role you'll guide adedicated team to deliver high-quality support to carers throughrecruitment, assessment and ongoing monitoring of placements.You'll ensure children are placed in a safe, nurturing environmentsand that all care standards and licensing requirements are met.This role also includes participation in a rotational on-callroster to support carers when they need it themost.

Whatwill a typical day look like?

* Manager a teamdelivering high-quality carer recruitment, assessment andsupport.
* Ensure children'splacements meet licensing standards and provide safe, nurturingenvironments.
* Build strongrelationships with partners to support collaborative servicedelivery.
* Mentor staff intrauma-informed care, child development, and service agreementoutcomes.


MandatoryRequirements:

* Abachelor's degree in social work, human services orbehavioural science, or psychology (or related discipline) and 3 years' experience leading a team in a similarrole.

* Astrong communicator, able to quickly build rapport andinfluence across a diverse range of people.


OtherRequirements:

* Ability to obtain aBlue Card (working with children check positive notice orexemption)
* Ability to obtain aYellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemptionnotice)
