We're looking for a passionate and driven Laser & Skin Therapist to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics Palmerston. In this role, you'll help transform lives through personalised skin journeys, results-driven treatments, and exceptional service.

What You'll Do
* Provide expert consultations and develop personalised treatment plans
* Perform a variety of skin and laser services to the highest clinical standards
* Build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and satisfaction
* Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed clinic goals
* Recommend tailored skincare solutions to achieve visible, lasting results
What You'll Bring
* A Diploma in Beauty Therapy (required)
* Experience with medical-grade devices (e.g. Candela Lasers) – preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and client service skills
* A proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets
* A genuine passion for skin health and helping clients feel their best
