As we grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Barbershop Manager to take full responsibility for running one of our locations — from team leadership to daily ops — so the business can thrive without day-to-day owner involvement.
Your Role Will Include:
- Managing and mentoring a small team of barbers
- Hands-on cutting and maintaining quality control
- Handling the shop roster, appointments, and walk-in flow
- Leading by example with customer service & professionalism
- Overseeing shop cleanliness, stock levels, and supplies
- Supporting marketing efforts, local promotions & reviews
- Reporting weekly performance, team updates & issues to owner
- Taking ownership of the shop’s success like it’s your own
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6 years barbering experience
- Previous team leader, supervisor, or manager experience preferred
- Reliable, self-motivated, and takes initiative
- Robust communication and people skills
- Confident in fades, scissor cuts, beard work, and styling
- Committed to upholding a strong shop culture
- Organised and capable of managing operations independently
