Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize business performance. Monitor project financials, timelines, and quality to ensure commercial success. Analyse commercial drivers and provide data-driven recommendations to support senior leadership. Collaborate with finance, sales, and operational teams to align strategy with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement through analytics, reporting, dashboards, and ERP implementation projects. Deliver variance analysis on key KPIs, identify cost-saving opportunities and new revenue streams, and provide actionable insights across multiple sites. Your Profile 5 years in commercial finance or business partnering. CA or CPA preferred, with a tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or business. Advanced Excel, ERP experience, and strong digital literacy. (MD365 preferred) Able to translate data into actionable business insights. Strong communicator who can influence and support multiple stakeholders. Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
