Looking for a Sous Chef to join the chaos, the laughs, and the fun of bringing a restaurant to life. Work with chef Alanna Sapwell-Stone, with the support of the Blanco Horner Group to make it happen.
We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, thrives on creativity, and is excited to help shape a restaurant that celebrates local producers, sustainability, and a sense of home.

Our Sous Chef is a hands-on role that sees involvement in all facets of the kitchen and provides unwavering support for Alanna.
Our focus is on developing an exceptional, everchanging, and industry-defining restaurant kitchen.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum 3 years of premium restaurant kitchen experience at Sous Chef level
* Cooks delicious food
* Effective planning and time management skills
* Interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills
* Leadership skills to motivate and develop a diverse team
* A level of commercial acumen with a track record of managing costs and stock levels
* Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for elevating the guest experience
