About the role and centre:
* Full-time
* 4 year-old room
* Beautiful centre with spacious outdoor space.
* Child-centred, play-based philosophy: curriculum and planning is deeply rooted in children's interests, developmental cues, and the voice of the child.
* Safe, respectful, and inclusive environment: The centre aims to make every child feel secure, valued, and cared for, fostering positive social skills, empathy, and independence
* School-readiness & transition: Their 4+ Kindergarten program prepares children for school emotionally, socially, and cognitively, with strong local ties.
What we're looking for:
* A fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher with relevant experience.
* A commitment to high-quality, play-based early learning,.
* A strong team player who values building relationships with children, families, and community.
* Willingness to relocate to Victoria (well provide full relocation support).
* NZ citizen or eligibility to work in Australia
