**Job Title:** Mechanical Service Advisor
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and tracking workshop bookings on a daily basis
* Preparing quotes for mechanical tasks and rental car enquiries
* Inventory and stock maintenance
* Working closely with the Workshop Manager and Branch Manager
* Communicating mechanical faults with customers
* Tracking, organizing, and maintaining administration tasks related to Ezy Vehicle Rentals fleet
* Invoicing and debtor collection
* Courtesy collection and return of customers
* General enquiries and administration
* Providing a supporting role for key personnel
* Upselling additional products and services
* Assisting the Rental Administrator in creating bookings, preparing vehicles ready for hire, and assisting with rental inquiries
Requirements:
* A good understanding of teamwork and being competent in managing oneself when unsupervised
* Exceptional customer service and sales skills
* An outgoing friendly personality with a positive attitude
* Maturity and initiative
* Understanding of Cash Handling Procedures and use of EFTPOS
* Proven computer, numerical, and literacy skills
* Ability to work within a paperless computer-based scheduling and maintenance system
* Experience with Google Drive and programs
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
* Focus, loyalty, and commitment
* Ability to complete all tasks required as this is a hands-on position
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Some mechanical and parts knowledge background would be advantageous
* Exceptional grooming and personal presentation standards
* Excellent ability to move vehicles in tight spaces, reversing skills essential
* Manual Open Drivers License preferred but will accept Automatic license
* Own accommodation in Moranbah and reliable transport to/from work
