As Community Manager, you will play a key role in setting up and managing the day‐to‐day operations of the community as it transitions from development to live operation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing and managing daily village operations
* Coordinating maintenance, contractors, and on‐site services
* Managing compliance, WHS, and operational standards
* Supporting resident onboarding and managing resident queries
* Building practical systems and processes for a newly operational village
* Acting as the primary on‐site point of contact during the community's early growth phase
