Support Student Success
We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Campus Student Support Specialist.
This role involves collaborating with the Learning Support Teacher to ensure students receive comprehensive academic and personal support, fostering a positive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively with students who have diverse needs, and be committed to delivering exceptional student outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans for students.
* Providing academic support and guidance to students, including tutoring and mentoring.
* Assisting students with learning difficulties and disabilities, such as dyslexia and autism spectrum disorder.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote inclusive education practices.
