Why you want to work here
* This is a people-first organisation that genuinely invests in its team. You'll be supported by structured onboarding designed to give you a deep understanding of the business, customers, and industry, alongside ongoing mentorship from senior leaders that helps you grow, refine your leadership, and succeed in the role.
* This is a role with genuine ownership and autonomy, offering significant scope to make an impact. You'll lead the marketing function end to end — shaping strategy, leading and managing the team, and making the function truly your own, all while being backed and mentored by the COO.
* You'll see the direct impact of your work. Partnering closely with sales and operations, your marketing leadership will translate into stronger lead generation, business growth, and a clearer, more confident brand — with visibility across the organisation.
About the role
* Define and lead the marketing strategy for the company, setting priorities for branding, digital marketing, lead generation and content, and translating this into clear plans and actions.
* Build, structure and manage the marketing delivery team, including recruiting and overseeing graphic designers, web development and outsourced specialists, and determining the right mix of in-house vs offshore resources.
* Plan, brief and project-manage all marketing activity, allocating work, setting timelines, reviewing progress, approving outputs and holding people accountable for delivery.
* Drive new digital lead generation initiatives beyond current methods, using social media, Google advertising, SEO, websites and landing pages to generate enquiries through additional channels.
* Oversee websites, landing pages and marketing funnels, including marketing input into CRM setup to ensure leads are captured, nurtured and routed correctly.
* Own brand presence and content creation, including social media, blogs, videos, printed material and internal marketing, ensuring consistency and quality across all brands.
About you
* You've been in the marketing game long enough to see both strategy and execution up close. What now feels most fulfilling is stepping into full ownership of the function, leading strategy with confidence, and driving outcomes that genuinely move the business forward.
* A key driver of your success has been your fascination with marketing psychology. You're motivated to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviours, using those insights to shape strategy, messaging, and content that influences action.
* You're a people person at heart. You enjoy collaborating, bringing different skill sets together, and creating an environment where designers, developers, and specialists feel empowered to do their best work.
