Overview
Chartered accounting firm seeking a talented Client Manager to join their division due to expansion. They have a vibrant and social team of 20+ staff excluding Leadership team of Directors. They are a market-leading tax and advisory qualified services who specialise across Accounting, Tax and Business Advisory, Wealth Management and Finance.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a fee base of approx. $700k and 6 accountants (off-shore and on-site).
Manage clients ranging across various industry sectors, including private groups with turnovers up to $50M.
Preparation and review of income tax returns for all entities.
Provide formal and informal tax advice on issues such as FBT, Div7A, CGT, GST and more.
Tax planning and forecasting, succession planning and restructuring advice.
Train, mentor and delegate to team members.
Monitor KPIs, WIP, productivity, budgets and deadlines.
Provide support to Director in relation to client management and achieving team objectives.
Applicants
Currently working in a Heavy Supervisor or Manager capacity in Business Services/Tax.
Demonstrated experience mentoring juniors and managing clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
