As a Trolley Collection Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that trolleys are available to customers at all times. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive a trolley collection vehicle to collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs.
* Push trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle.
* Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays.
* Carry out pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle.
* Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection.
* Report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys.
Requirements
* A full (unrestricted) Australian drivers license, Provisional P2 drivers license (Green P Plates), or full International drivers license.
* Physical fitness to transition from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift.
* Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 4pm.
* A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
